Through the National Athletics Federations, by sending a letter to the IAU General Secretariat with a copy to the Organising Committee, according to formalised models sent to the above-mentioned National Federations.

The maximum number of athletes who can participate in the event is 400 in total, either men or women in both the European Championships and the OPEN modality. The expected participation in the European Championships is 200-220 athletes of both sexes. The rest of the places will be open to popular athletes, federated or not, in strict order of registration.

Initially, 150 entries will be offered for the OPEN category and 8 weeks before the date of the event, once the IAU and the Organising Committee receive the preliminary entries (PEF), the remaining places will be offered to popular athletes.

Registration fee:

From 15 March to 31 August: 50€ + 0.90€ (administration fee) 

From 1 to 15 September: 60€ + 0,90€ (administration fee)

(When collecting the chip and bibs, a €15 deposit will be paid to the organisation, which will be returned when the chip is handed in at the finish line). 

Deadline: From 15 March to 31 August 2022, or until the 150 registrations offered have been used up.

Registration includes:

  • Race bib + chip

  • Race refreshments

  • Final refreshments

  • Access to the International Pasta Party with the athletes participating in the European Championships (Friday 7th October after the opening ceremony).

  • Access to the final post-competition meal (12 noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday 8 October)

  • Official European Championships T-shirt

  • Commemorative medal of the European Championships

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Until 31 August 2022: 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. 

From 1 to 15 September 2022: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

From 16 September no refunds will be made (name change possible until 30 September)

From 1 October no refunds or exchanges will be made.
